Rude & incompetence PC dealer

I am really frustrated with this particular computer dealer's service and attitude. I received a call from this guy CK Wong about his company and the computer services he provided. He spoke so politely and even whining for opportunity to be given a chance for business.

Unlucky me! My office printer cannot print in beginning of the month.. down during the peak hours for printing statement. I called my friend but he was in outstation. So, i decided to use this guy's services since I in dire need of help.

So, Wong came. He didn't check anything just kept saying that the printer is faulty that needs to be taken back to check. Later, he called and said my printer faulty needs to replace some parts ~ rm120.00. Then he propose that the CPU needs to be upgraded as well. So, i request for quotation.

In the quotation, motherboard & HDD needs to be replace. When I asked Wong, he said M/board needs to change because the system hang (which I never experience before - slow acceptable) then HDD because got bad-sector. Some more, he emphasized that my software got problem because of virus. Then, I asked from where my system got the virus. He replied "Internet lah".

It is against my company policy to use internet with this pc because it is used for accounting purpose and my boss already specified that no modem no internet connection for this pc. When I informed Wong, he just said he doesn't because the checking was done by his "technician". So, I decided not to change as per Wong's suggestion. This is where the interesting part. He actually asked for labor charges for checking ~ rm100.00.

Then, he returned my repaired printer (use secondhand parts as he said more cheaper since my manager complained about the charges as my printer is not even one yrs) and charged rm140.00 which he requested for Cash Payment along with the labor charges. Then, I asked why got labour charges since nothing is been done on my pc. He said he did check so I assume ok but for RM100.00 ~ it is way too expensive. So, I decided to check whether my printer & pc is usable as he claimed ~ absolutely no reaction from printer. Some more he blamed on my printer cable faulty.

So, he called to collect payment - I asked him to come and checked why the printer cannot print. He said he trust his "man" more than my words For the whole day, he kept calling me and my office asking for payment for things he left unattended. He was very very rude to me and other colleagues when calling even cursed. He said he already took photos of my pc in case I didn't make payment . Luckily, my friend came fix it ~ Thanks Henry..You are my life saver! To others, beware of this company:-
