Hiking vs Gym. Which environment do you think is better in term level of stress and positivity of the people inside?

Personally prefer hiking, cause more uncles there. Senior Citizen no work probably lesser stress.

Generally gym more youngster and stress could b from their work. Wanna go gym exercise and relax but sometime like tambah stress.
