Used Car Purchase Problem

I am currently in the process of purchasing a used car from a direct owner.

I have obtained the loan from the same bank as the owner so they can do internal settlement.

The loan has been approved and im ssigning the HP agreement tomorrow.

The problem now is, the internal settlement will take a few days and I cant do JPJ Ownership transfer till then.

Another problem is the owner is going to UK for 2 weeks this Sunday, so Ownership transfer can only be done in 2 weeks.

Previous plan is sign HP and do Ownership transfer on same day, bank just told about the delay with internal settlement.

The question is, can I request the owner to hand me the car after signing the HP agreement.

I have just viewed a car from a direct owner to purchase. What is the procedure before paying deposit, should ask the owner a copy of the cars geran (reg card) and IC?

Regarding the procedure, the owner still have loan remaining in HLB, does the owner need to settle her loan first or am i able to apply loan from HLB so they can settle it internally

Need tips on not getting conned as well, thanks

Guys looking to purchase a used CKD Polo Sedan (50K Mileage) 2014 Car for 40K, buying as first car, is it a wise move?

Second choice is used 2015 MYvi SE 1.5 40-41K

The difference between these two is not much and the VW has 3 Years warranty left

BTW The polo does not have the same Engine and Tranny (DSG) as other problematic ones.

Just worried about running costs, In terms of money going to be spent on maintenance and service and general wear & tear?

So in short budget 40K and used car, dont want new as not worth paying for new cars in Msia.

The free spotify premium for MOP with 15GB of data is expiring as of 30/09/16, I got a message stating I would be charged 9.99 next month onwards, will the 15GB of free data still bundled with the Spotify service.

Does Maxis plan to extend the free Spotify promotion like last year?

Career Advice UPDATE 2

I'm a recent CompSci graduate with First Class. I have done my internship with Ac******e in IT consulting, I have applied for a few jobs recently.

1st with a Yellow telco, as an IT innovation engineer and got the offer with salary of 3.5k with phone benefits plus parking

I have also secured interview with 2 of the Big4 in IT Consultingl.All of these companies are having interview in mid-August.

I am now in a dillema on accepting the job at the Yellow Telco or wait for the Big4 interview/bootcamp due to reputation and salary package.

BTW should I ask for more from the Yellow Telco in terms of salary and what is the salary range in Big4 as an Analyst/Associate in IT consulting.

UPDATE: Now Ac******e called and offered me a position as an Analyst in Business & Tech Delivery.Salary will be 4.2k inclusive of allowance

Again now in a dilemma of which one to choose Telco or
Ac******e

Kindly advise.

My future plan is to enrol in a world renowned MBA programme in the next 3 years, hence the work experience I gain will be important for my application purposes, in terms of career path I believe both the telco and acc are offering similar job scope and career path, both being somewhat of a Business Analyst job
I am also interested for my career to be in BA line as well

UPDATE 2: Got clarification regarding the job offer from acc*****re, apparently it is subject to passing a closing interview.
So now it means, I have a concrete offer from Yellow Telco and an almost offer from Acc*****e, and interviews with De*****te and E*** & Y****. Back to headache again.

Need advice on buying car

I am about to graduate in a few months, now going to start internship which pays 1k a month.

But I really require a car to travel for the workplace and have identified a 2011 Saga FLX for 19k,

I have saved about 10k by teaching part time during the weekends. The problem now is,

Can I get a bank loan for the remaining 10k for the car?

I wish to keep the loan within 2 years, I can afford to pay the installments and plan to take under my siblings name

as I dont have a fulltime job now.

My question is, is this possible to be done? To obtain a loan for 10k for 2 years repayment period
