planning to buy a new rig

greetings. im in the plan of buying a new rig with a budget of rm3,500 just for the cpu. i'll be using it for intranet webserving, 24/7 torrenting, movies, music, and light gaming. since i'll be turning the computer on for 24/7, i need the rig to stay as cool as possible at all time. i prefer an intel rig and this is what i can think of getting as of now and the rest i need suggestions from you guys.

psu: kindly suggest
cpu: i7 920
mobo: kindly suggest along with the reasons why
gc: gtx 275
ram: 4gb kvr
hard disk: wd 1 tb but should i go for black/green/blue?
casing: preferably from coolermaster (mid-tower)
optical disc: no idea
sound card: asus xonar u1
heatsink: no idea
