hi, i have a website which some of the contents contain music (mp3) for user to download. Most of the song is from Malaysia and Indonesia. However, my hosting account being suspended because of this matter (RIM send letter to me and my hosting provider).

1. I believe the best way to overcome this by using hosting provider from other country. Please take note that my website target readers are from Malaysia and Indonesia. So the server location near to Malaysia will be nice. Please recommend me good hosting provider from other country which any Malaysia copyright organization does not have power to ask them do anything.

2. Also, since i'm not good in law, i do love to hear any recommendation to avoid the music i upload from copyright infringement. I noticed some of the method to change the pitch of the music and etc. But is it just a trick to prevent any 'robot' from detect the music or this method actually accepted by law to prevent copyright infringement.

My thumbdrive always infected by virus which give user no right to delete or modified files n folder inside the thumbdrive or even format the thumbdrive. i don't know how they manage to manipulating windows permission on fat system. Usually i solve it using low level. but this time when i try to low level, it said that the device block info is corrupted. i believe what is it really mean that the firmware of the thumbdrive is lost. How to solve it? i can't find any firmware for this particular pendrive on the company website

Firstly, i'm apologize if i made a topic in a wrong forum's room. At first i want to post this topic to "education esssentials", but all the topic inside it, is about scholar,subject to choose and everything that i don't really think related to my problem. So i post it here i guess at least it's a room under computer stuff. But if i post at wrong place, hope moderator can help me to move this topic to correct room.

Actually i need help on finding an interesting video or animation on understanding FTP. Not really the software, but the whole concept of FTP. In other word, i need teaching aids for FTP. Like i said, the teaching aids in form of video,animation,flash or any graphic thing to make it simple and interesting to learn.

need help on windows 7 error report

i'm a windows xp user.
just now, i try using windows 7. it appear success at first, but then after 2-3 minute the windows start, it will restart by itself. here is the error report. help me with it. how to solve this

can't start windows

i need some help here..i don't know is it hardware problem or software.

i'm using laptop. windows xp..

i don't have any problem when i use power directly from supply

but when i'm using battery ONLY:
i can't start my windows normally. when it reach logon screen, it will appear blue screen telling "memory management..make sure your hardware installed properly.."
and it will restart automatically..
however it can start when using safe mode but with default administrator acc (the acc that will not appear in normal logon)

help please..how to fix this..how can it be diff when using battery or power supply directly?

burn movie to play on tv

biasanya sy burn movie using convertxtodvd..

let say ada 1 movie..yg biasa 700MB tu..
then sy nk burn movie tu utk bg dia play kat tv..
biasanya nak burn camtu ambik mse hingga 3 jam..
tp apa yg sy lihat, yg ambik mse lme just utk some sort of converting movie tu je..nak write ke disc xsmpai 30 mnit pn

ada 2 laptop:
laptop A :laptop lme xada dvd-rw means xbley nak burn disc guna laptop ni
laptop B :laptop yg bley burn dvd..tp slalu digunakan

so sy nak tnya, is there any possibility utk sy do the some sort of converting on laptop A, and only writing on the disc on laptop B..

means apa yg sy nak, laptop B xperlu digunakan for the whole process of burning..laptop B hanya digunakan utk write ke disc shja..the process of converting or modifying the movie will be done by laptop A

any idea?

laptop sy dah mula hang, jam and etc..

i'm using amd turion 64, ram=1.5Gb, HD=120Gb..
shouldn't be hang just using ms word n media player..
don't think it's coz by virus..

the matter is i want to know if any of my hardware has been started to down..
i had face HD problems in past, n there's software that can detect the health of my HD and expected time before it fully down..

so i wonder if there's any software that can detect all my hardware (including HD,processor etc) health and expected time before it's down..
any suggestion?

kalau siapa prnah dgr tentang 'usb flash disinfector' atau 'ninja pendisk' mungkin mudah utk faham mksud sy..dua2 software tu b'kemampuan utk jadikan autorun dlam pendrive dilindungi biasanya dgn cara meletakkan autorun t'babit dlam folder yg dibuat khas..

tetapi kedua2 software ni, akan reset balik file autorun pendrive t'babit sblum dilindungi demi kselamatan..

msalah sy, sy suka create autorun sendiri (modified ckit bg nmpak mnarik)...tp sy nak protect file autorun tu cam dua2 software tu buat..camne eh? ada cara manual x or ada software yg bley protect tanpa resetkan balik file autorun t'babit

blue screen appear when formatting new window

i got two new toshiba laptop..new laptop as usual is without window..so i want to format and install new window..the laptop boot the cd and the process running as usual..when it finished loading all the scsi drive,keyboard etc, suddently a blue screen appear said that
"a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer ....."

blocking torrent on p1 wimax network

here the case:
at my house,we are using p1 wimax..the speed is quite ok but some of my friends using torrent (bitcomet) making the speed so worst..

so, i would be appreciate if someone giving me way how to block torrent on my network..

when i google about this,mostly the way is by using firewall,blocking port n many other idea but they are all using router that can be easily configure..while wimax is using the black box as the modem n router (i don't know what is it call) n need to login on their website to configure the 'thing' with limited setting..

do understand that i just want to speed up my computer while browsing internet. if they are using torrent, i need to wait for 40 seconds just to open google website..
not necessarily blocking torrent, any idea to give me 'priority' on the network or full control and kick this people on my network will be appreciate (of course just when i'm browsing)..
i've heard about qos (quality of service), i don't know is it applicable on my case

for example,i've using 'network magic' that can give the user full control in their network..sadly,it only work if u r using streamyx and u have router on ur network..it will work..but not p1 wimax with the black box..

i've attached the "wimax web configuration guide" for anyone that used to configure router or anyone that have knowledge in networking but never used wimax..the guide come with pictures show exactly the configuration page for wimax modem+wifi..

top up card used by other

here is the case:
i buy one top up card rm30..n i carelessly left the card unprotected on my table. when i try to top up using the number on the card, it can't be used anymore. i suspect there is someone who's already used the number. however i have the card with me. that's mean i got the top up number n serial number with me.
so i'll like to ask, if there is anyway that will 'block' the usage of the top up card rm30 from being used anymore. that's mean the rm30 will 'burn' from whoever the person used my top up number.
another thing, will it be possible to trace the phone number that used my top up card number?
