Alright, fellow Stranger Things fans, take a deep breath. For years, we’ve wondered, theorized, and re-watched every season, trying to piece together the full story of Will Byers’s disappearance back in 1983. We knew he was taken. We knew he survived. But the how and the "what happened next" has always been a haunting mystery.

Well, the wait is over.

During a special Netflix TUDUM event live from Hollywood, the Duffer Brothers finally pulled back the curtain on the final season. They dropped the first five minutes of the Stranger Things 5 premiere, and let me tell you, it was everything we feared and more. If you thought this show was already dark, you haven’t seen anything yet.

A Chilling Trip Back to 1983
The scene opens not in the present day, but right where it all began: the Upside Down, moments after Will was snatched. It’s an immediate gut-punch of nostalgia and dread.

We see poor 12-year-old Will, lying unconscious in that terrifying, spore-filled forest. In his sleep, he’s faintly singing The Clash’s “Should I Stay or Should I Go”... the very song that would later become his lifeline.

But then he wakes up. And he’s not alone.

The horrifying shriek of a Demogorgon echoes through the trees, and the chase is on. Here’s a quick rundown of the heart-pounding sequence:

-A Desperate Fight: Will, terrified but resourceful, grabs a gun and fires at the creature. As we know, that’s like throwing a pebble at a tank. It does nothing.
-A Frantic Escape: He drops the gun and bolts, scrambling up a tree in a desperate bid for safety. But the Demogorgon is relentless, climbing right after him.
-The Inevitable Fall: Will makes a risky jump to another tree, but his luck runs out. He crashes hard onto the Upside Down’s floor and is knocked unconscious.

It’s a truly gut-wrenching scene to watch, knowing this is just the beginning of his torment.

“At Long Last, We Can Begin.”
Just when you think it can’t get any worse, it does. The Demogorgon doesn’t kill Will. Instead, the creature drags his limp body through the twisted landscape to a different location… one where we finally meet the master of this hellscape.

Vecna.

Looking just as terrifying as ever, he watches as his tentacles writhe out, grabbing Will and pinning him against a wall. The grip tightens, and Vecna looms over the defenseless boy. He leans in close and utters the bone-chilling words:

“At long last, we can begin.”

Chills, right? But he wasn’t done. As a slimy tentacle emerges and forcibly attaches itself to Will’s mouth, Vecna delivers his final, horrifying line of the scene:

“You and I, we are going to do such beautiful things together, William.”

And that’s where it cuts to black.

What This Means for the Final Season
Wow. Just… wow.

This single scene changes everything. It’s no longer just a "kidnapping." It’s a deliberate infection, an implantation. This finally connects the dots for Will's entire journey... why he had "true sight," why he could feel the Mind Flayer, and why he gets goosebumps when Vecna is near. He’s been linked to him from the very, very beginning.

Now... We Finally Know What Vecna Did to Will
It also validates everything the cast has been saying in interviews. When they promised that Season 5 would be "pure rampage" and the darkest season yet, they weren’t just blowing smoke. They were telling the absolute truth. This opening is brutal, and it sets a terrifying tone for the grand finale.

Forex Withdrawal

Hi finance experts, I want to know if any of you have tried withdrawing your earnings from Forex brokers like XM, Octa etc. to our local banks? I understand that XM is not regulated in Malaysia.

I understand that banks might freeze the account, right?

If that's the case, may I know if any of you have experience in "unfreezing" the account? How long will it take?

I was thinking about withdrawing my profit from a forex broker, but I'm worried that my bank account will be frozen. If I have multiple bank accounts with Maybank, will all of them be frozen, or just the one I used for the forex transfer?

I heard it needs to keep it below RM10k per withdrawal. How about the frequency? Is it like RM10k per month or there could be multiple withdrawals without triggering the banks' or Bank Negara's "freezing mechanism"?

I have made multiple withdrawals for more than RM20K in the past by using Paypal (this is not from Forex income), and so far my bank accounts have not been frozen etc.

I was thinking about Switching to MooMoo's platform then. Since they are MAS regulated. Will my forex earning there be forezen?

Guys, anyone has any idea if TM has this fixed-line just for home alarm system?

Meaning it is a standalone one without being tied to Unifi etc.

And I don't want it to be monthly subscription thingy as I will only be using it for alarm system.

I used to have this like...20 years ago. Pay 1 shot application fee then don't need to pay monthly fee.

Hi everyone! I urgently need legal and professional opinions.

A staff (purchasing executive) from a different department recently resigned and I (customer service executive) have to cover for his portfolio.

I already have a lot of tasks to do and this has surely increased my workload. Most of the time I have to work overtime. I have worked from 8 a.m. till 11 p.m. almost on a daily basis. So much so that this has disrupted my daily life and family time.

Though management has said that they will hire someone to fill the role ASAP, we know that the regional manager (in Singapore) would deliberately just ask existing staff to fill the role.

By doing so, he can cut down on headcount and achieve his KPI in cost-cutting etc. This has happened too many times!

However, those who have to do extra workload will suffer. Is this considered as exploitation of workers?

My question is:

1. Is this practice by the regional manager to “squeeze” existing staff legal? If it is illegal can someone please tell me under which law or provision?

2. I am overwhelmed and exhausted. To whom should I lodge my complaint?
-Department of labour Malaysia?
-My company’s HR department?

3. What do you suggest that I do? What should my next course of action be?

Is it 6% VAT? (Value-Added Tax)?

Then the 6% I will need to pay to the government on a monthly basis? If yes where should I go to, to pay? Is there a website etc?

Will there be any rebate that I can get later etc.?
