Suggest a spec for new customize PC

Going to Purchase a NEW Destop PC soon ... i wanna build up my own PC ...

So need help to select the right gadgets for my customise PC

My Budget is ard RM2500 for CPU only (not include mouse keyboard or Speakers)

Please help recommend the brand and series that within RM 2500 budget thx

1. Processor
2. Motherboard
3. Graphics card
4. Hard disk
5. Burner
6. Any other card or accessory.

The PC is for Gaming purpose but no need to be very very high end

PC Shutdown with no power

My PC start to Auto Shut 3 min ~ 5 min after it enter window ......
try to press the on button again but no power at all . press start button nothing happend .. no light .. like no electric.

have to shut main switch wait about 10 mins then try again then the system start to booth up .. then again will auto shut 3~5min after enter window

the sypmtom already started few week ago but last few weeks just auto shut once per day and that was after i start pc 30mins.

now is like once i start it will shutdown after enter window 3~5 mins

Is it due to power supply failure ? meaning that Power supply is faulty ?? or is it the mother board that cannot distribute the electric that cause the failure

Anyone pls help to advise .....
