Employer only accept RTK Antigen test from Clinic

Just found out that my company doesn't accept results from the Covid self-test kit even if you reported it at Mysejahtera as positive for covid with a photo of it and got the HSO.

To take quarantine leave from the company (for tested covid positive), the employer only accepts RTK Antigen result from the clinic and is under own expenses.

Can employers choose to not accept HSO and force employees to take RTK Antigen test at the clinic?

Further Note:

I understand that is easy to manipulate MySejahtera status by uploading an edited picture of self-test kits.

If employers do not trust MySejahtera's status and asked employees to separately take the RTK Antigen test at the clinic, shouldn't the employer bear the cost of the test instead?

Faulty laptop worth how much?

Bought a lenovo laptop Flex 14 3 years ago. One day it suddenly turn off itself and couldn't turn it on. Sent to lenovo service centre and they identified that the motherboard need to be changed, but they don't have any replacement for it. Thus not able to repair it.

So my thought is whether third party vendor able to repair it? Or still have any resale value?

My old desktop is currently 7 years old with Pentium Dual E2180 2GHz, 2GB rams, GeForce 9600GT,

Lately this PC is lagging and noisy and heat produced is getting intolerable in my room as the days goes by. Can feel the different when I turn on the PC

Below is my idea of setting up a quiet and power efficient desktop with minimum budget.

SSD was in the list purely of Drive C. All media and files will be stored in external hardisk.

Initially I was thinking of getting Lenovo Thinkpad 8(RM1,600) to replace my old pc by using HDMI output to my 22 inches monitor with keyboard and mouse. Think again, I think I am better off by getting desktop instead(more long lasting and more added value). Or I'm just better off with the tablet?

I always do browsing, YouTube, some Microsoft Office processing, play Asphalt 8 (using windows 8) no other gaming. My main reason to change the PC is the old pc is quite noisy, getting slower and lagging and produce lots of heats plus I want a more power efficient PC.

Proton Preve vs Kia Picanto

Hi guys,

As per title, Proton Preve versus Kia Picanto, which one a better option?

Currently driving Kancil. Car size doesn't matter to me as 90% of the time I'm driving alone and remaining 10% is fetching my gf.

Travel less than 200km per week, 70% city drive 30% highway only as I take LRT to work during weekdays.

I wanted to get Kia Picanto initially due to its good looking and its spec, but think again, am I better off by getting a Proton Preve since it is also well equipped with safety feature and is a much bigger car.

I prefer a comfortable car and a decent NVH. Fuel consumption not a big deal to me as I hardly driving that much. Safety feature is a must as that is the reason I want to change my car.

Hope to get more feedback in lowyat forum regarding my dilemma

Hi everyone, is there anyway to terminate the streamyx account even the account is not under my name?

here the story, the streamyx account in my rented condo was under a previous tender long time ago and could not be contacted anymore, and this fellow has outstanding amount yet to be paid, 150 something.

right now, i wanted to subscribe my own account as i'm pissed off that the current streamyx account is way too expensive, RM110 for 1MB.

Anyone can help me? Can I just ignore it? Currently i'm handling the streamyx payment.
