Hi All,

I've bought a toughpower 750W for RM550 from Gaxxet Zone, prangin mall, penang island 1 year ++ ago. (It's more expensive compare to online pricing but i would pay for the warranty)
And then the PSU not functioning right and i sent it back to them for warranty a month ago.

After 1 month and they called me back today:

1st call:
A guy called me:
He said: Sorry we don't have stock for 750W already, do you mind if you pay RM120 extra and we change yours to 850w?

I agreed at the end.

2nd call:
another girl called me:
She: Sorry my colleague got it wrong, you need to pay RM120 for 750W or RM200 for 850W.
Me: Why?
She: Because the 750W they gonna give you is a new model, it will save electric
Me: I don't want that, lelong.com & people in lowyat.net are selling cheaper and now you want to charge me RM120 for warranty?
She: sorry i call you back later

3rd call:
The 1st guy called back:
He: Your PSU more than 1 year already right? We charge RM120 for warranty claim of PSU more than 1 year
Me: WTF? Why u all keep changing story. And charge RM120 for warranty?
He: My HQ said that we will charge for PSU more than 1 year. Sorry i confirm with my HQ 1st and call you back

4th call:
The guy called back:
He: Sorry the RM120 is including courier charges and the PSU price has been increased.
Me: How can it possible? The courier service is RM120? What service are you using?
He: I'm not sure about this, i ask my manager call back to you tomorrow.

So Guys, Any suggestion i can have?
