Hey guys, can anyone tell the difference between a normal Redmi Note 3 and Pro set? I read some articles, mostly say the camera is better, can use sim 2 slot like ext memory slot. What else?

Also, when I check the Mi Malaysia site, they don't sell Pro, what does it really mean?

What about the reasonable price for a Pro set?

Hey guys, I'm wondering if a bank can impose a penalty against borrower for not attend to discharge of charge after the loan has been paid off. For example, if delay for 2 years, are there any consequences?

Guys, this is the brief scenario..

One property under the names of A, B, C & D. Loan also under these four names. This property is bought when the parties have business relationship. However, this relationship didn't last long. These parties have made an arrangement whereby A and B will be taking this Property, and C and D will be taking other things. After a years plus, C is being informed that A and B have been making payments but somehow they missed out two months payments and this last for almost a year. As such, the ccris for these people are messed up. This property is more than 5 years and thus not subject to RPGT and penalty by the bank (lock-in period).

Because of the missing two months payments the bank had rose the interest rate to the ceiling rate which is about 10.37% p.a.

Now, all payments are cleared and no more outstanding after C and D confronted the others.

My question is, how do C and D get out from this situation? Is there anywhere C and D can get out from the joint loan? I understand that it is impossible to re-finance as the parties' ccris reports are messed up.

Hi everyone..

My computer is attacking by some viruses and trojans.. Anyway, forget about them..
My problem is.. I wan to install windows xp SP3 but my DVD-ROM spoiled..
I have an external hard disk with two partitions and i copied all the windows xp installer's files into the first partition and i hope i can boot it and install windows xp..
I went into my lappy's bios and set the boot priority to usb first.. After that, I save and restart my lappy but the problem is the external hard disk do not boot.. !! OMG, someone helps me please.. Any solution for me..?

I'm staying at Section 17 now, and I know One Utama and Jalan University have the diving school, but I just not manage to have time to ask them (Exam season)...
