Are those scratches on my guitar?

those "shiny traces (or scratch?)" came along with my newly purchased guitar..

I don't bother much as it can only be seen from certain angles,

but I really want to know its cause, probably to fix it....if anyway,

I have try to rub it with dry cloth, even apply some LCD screen liquid, but failed,

EDIT: guess I will have to live with it, it is scratched, it can't be undone. thanks for the suggestions .
