Lenovo Y450 Fan & thermopaste

Three weeks ago, i went to IBM penang branch(Egate) to check for my laptop(Lenovo Y450) auto-shutdown & bluescreen problem. The next day they told me i need to replace the fan & thermopaste. Then they said will update to me the quotation for the parts.

I waited for three weeks up to now, i still haven't got anything from them. Just to get the quotation already took me three weeks time, not even goes to any repairing procedures. That was very very bad service.

I want to ask here is anyone here know where to get those items? Is that possible i buy from some place and fix it myself?

hello all, can anybody tell me how to turn lenovo Y450 to safe mode. My os is window vista, my fren told me that it required to turn to safe mode before i can install a software named catia V5.

Almost all scholarship require student to tel bout their parents' income and the thing is,the combined household income must be less than rm2+++(for example)...i believe dat nowadays a normal family cant survive wif combined salary less than rm2+++,right?then wat shud we fill?shud v lie bout dat?are they going 2 check whether v lie?
