So here's the story (Is a long one, please bare with me):
I joined the company after I graduate, as an analyst initially.
Focusing on developing and enhancing our network routes, doing analysis that will benefit the company. (Frequency changes, capacity management etc)
I was happy there since I am an analytical person.
However, things changed when a new department was formed.
The company hired an expat as the HOD (Indian) during Q2 of 2014, expert in doing aircraft leasing. (Wet Lease is the exact term.)
As the department was new, there were no members, so I was kinda forced into it, so it was a 2 man team. (I had no preference at that time, was willing to do anything.)

Our department basically lease out aircraft to other airlines/agents, we provide aircraft, crew, pilots and maintenance to operate their schedule.
The model is simple, it is a guarantee revenue/profit model, airlines pay us for the a minimum hours we fly. Since company wasn't making money due to low sales, we were maximized and put to used. We were hated by operations team though, as we are giving them extra work, we were the bastard child of the company, but we generate revenue more than the company could imagined, it was phenomenal (1/3 of company revenue). Because of this, we were fully supported by our CEO, CFO and commercial director, we were the key players for turning around the company.

I was abused (in a good way, I have a very good boss btw) pretty much have to handle everything, from accounting, analysis and executing projects, coordinating with the entire operation team, a similar role of project manager. I was throw into the dark, but with the support of my boss. The job was difficult, no work life balance, but it was an on-off thing (Project based). My boss will always bring me along to travel and sometimes send me to places, for business meetings and to setup operation, and most of them are exotic location. (In 2014, I went to Dubai, Venezuela, Brazil, Nigeria, Spain etc.). He pretty much teach me everything, and tells me everything, I couldn't ask for a better leader. I get along with him very well, maybe because I grew up else where, had the similar mindset as an expat.

I always thought I deserve more for my salary, even my colleagues said so, seeing how much work and stress I have taken.
I waited and waited, until finally the salary adjustment period came. (After 18MONTHS!)
My boss proposed RM5,000 for me, but an unexpected event occurred.

Our management team changed, our CEO, Commercial Directors and CFO were removed for the company, around the same time.
Our group ceo never liked our department, precisely he hated it. He wants to expand develop his own destination rather than leasing out planes around the world, but the problem is they are not making enough money to sustain all these, we are making losses. Now with the new management team, they are basically the puppets of our Group CEO. They have no interest at all to let us continue this department, and may eventually discard all future deals we have in hand.

I think my salary increment will go down to drain, all the hard work we have done will not be acknowledged anymore. My boss will most likely leave as well, knowing how **** up the company is. I felt like my career was ruined by the company.
The working culture here was always good, I get along with all my colleagues very well.
My boss suggest I should be a pilot, but I have no interest in it at all.

As this field is so specialized, opportunities outside will be very minimal.
I can most likely be able to transfer to other department, as other HOD do acknowledge my skills in learning. However, after knowing how crappy the company structure is, I do not feel like staying any further.
I am stuck now whether I should start and become a fresh engineer or look for other management jobs etc.
Since I have very little working experience, I am not sure what are the companies looking for. I tried linked and jobstreet these past few weeks but have no luck current. I am very interested in technologies.

What should I do guys?

Razer Mamba (Neeed Help!)

Hey guys.. I Just Bought A Razer Mamba 2 Days Ago.. It works perfectly in Wired Mode.. But during wireless mode.. It become unstable. The Mouse Cursor moves randomly when i touch the mouse softly and it moves everywhere when i try to move it.. The cursor is totally unstable and Im running at only 1000 DPI.. Can some1 help me please? Thanks

Hey everyone,
I got a sony vaio laptop just bought 6months ago and my friend accidently push my bag over a table around 1.4m high. Inside my bag contain a sony laptop with a quite a thick case but when i took out my laptop, 1 of the corner side is bend. Everything was normal until i put it on the table. I can feel that the right hand bottom corner of my laptop is bending slightly upwards around 0.3cm. Therefore makes it unbalance on the table. when i try bend it back straight and it will a small fan like sound. What will happen to my laptop? Although it is working perfectly normal right now. And is it possible to fix it back? Thanks for reading this. = )

Hey guys,
My laptop is only around 4 Months Old. My OS is Windows 7. I bought my laptop from UK the model number maybe different but it is similar to VPCCW26FG/R.

So here's the problem, before i went to sleep, i turn on bittorent and download over 10 files (Anime around 300mb each). The next day i woke up, It shows a black screen stating operating system not found. Since i cud not done anything, i restart my laptop and two options were available (Run Windows normally Or Run Start Up Repair(Recommended). If i run windows normally, after the windows logo appear, (usually it only takes less than 1 min to load), it stuck on the windows logo for around 5 mins+ and a quick blue screen flick and it restarted my laptop automatically. If i choose start up repair, it will attempt repairing disk errors, and it is never finish. i have tried let it on for 10 HOURS + And it is still attempting to repair disk errors. Really would appreciate some help here. Thanks
