Anyone using those IPTV like CBOX or any other type of IPTV here? Those that dont need to use satellite but only use internet connection! Mind to share how is it like? THe quality and speed? Anyone tried using it overseas before? Interested in getting one!

External HDD + Modem (Wireless Storage)

So here it goes, I've got a Belkin N600 DB Modem Router and a 3TB Western Digital My Book Essential. Behind the modem router theres a USB port, have tried using printer and a 500gb Seagate GoFlex HDD and managed to access them wirelessly without any problem. But with the My Book it doesn't work. Have updated modem firmware and also the HDD's firmware. Still cannot detect, I tried partitioning the 3TB drive into 1TB segments. Still doesn't work. Is there any way to bypass this?
