Miss call- cheap way of communication ? True story....

A “Miss call” conversation between a “Smart?” “careful?” lovely couple ;
Why they do this, I really don’t know??? Hope someone out there can tell me…

Yesterday, I happen to overheard a conversation between a very young couple in Starbuck somewhere in the peninsular ; Time : Around 3 p.m.

Firstly ; I got no intention to listen over someone talking, but they were talking so loud…
ummm….here ummm…there….. la…. here….la….. there

Out of the blue….. conversation overhead by my normal left ear…

GF : Ummm…Darling, Are you coming back for dinner tonight???
BF : Ummm…Why? Are you cooking my favourite steamed fish???
GF : Ummm….. why you are always so smart, always know what I am thinking one la?
BF : Ummm….Off cause la, dar…I am you darling ma……
GF : Ummm...no shame la dar, people are watching at you la …..
BF : Ummm….darling ; If you are cooking the steamed fish ; I may want to come back for dinner….
GF : Ummm…. shall I call you to ask you if you are coming back for dinner???
BF : Ummm…darling ; don’t need la, I will give you a miss call if I am coming back for dinner, ok?
GF :Ummm…. Dar….what happen if you are not coming back ???
BF : Ummm… ok la Dar, so… if I am not coming back, I will give you 2 miss calls, ok, dar…?
GF : Ummm…but, but you have missed press you hand phone keypad like last week?
BF : Ummm… never mind ; I will give you 3 miss calls to confirm my missed call…
GF : Ummm… dar… don’t forget to miss call me, ok,,,dar?
BF : Ummm.. So, I hope I will give you a miss call to show I will be back for dinner… ok? Dar…..
GF : Ummm… Shall I give you a miss call to confirm I get your miss call? Dar….
BF : Ummm…ok la dar, just give me a miss call to let me know you receive my miss call, ok dar…?
GF : Ummm… You mean a long miss call like yesterday, not the short miss call like last week…?
BF : Ummm… dar… of cause I need a long miss call from you, you know I am always the kayu one… always missing you miss call, ok, dar…?

Ok, I think is enough for now, you people really don’t want to listen the rest of the conversation, really tak boleh tahan one, I grade it as the funniest conversation I heard this year , so far…
Wow lao ae……. So many ummm…, so many la…….
But most importantly ; so many miss calls……. I am so confuse about their way to miss call each other, having an expensive coffee in Starbuck, and want to save few cents in calling each other…..

May be they prefer to miss call to communicate….. may be this is the newest generation of communication or may be they really want to save some penny….. (that’s all I can reason out, at least for now) or they feel they don’t want to let the hand phone company to be profitable…
Really Bui-tahan……. la….. lol

Or there is other reason, hi, ppl out there, any other possible reason…???

to all the APPLE users,

I was a PC window XP user; recently turned to MAC world ; last time i used to enjoy "pps.tv" or " PPStream" every evening (a China FOC online movie/tv series provider) ; lately ; i tried to install the programme into my new mac, but it show that the service is design for the usage of Window user (MS-DOS) only

So, any APPLE user try to install this programme some other way and can watch the movie(for free and legal)
don't ask me to google around and find the solution (I HAVE TRIED )

OR : there is some other programme similar to pps.tv where i can watch movie almost instantly ; kindly let me know
I just don't want to bootcamp my MAC Pro with window system any more ; i want it to be PURE and Clean of viruses

After some research (browsing the it net and reading some it magazine) ; i reliase that why local professional photographer and fulltime cg/concept artist or graphic designer prefer using the APPLE original LCD ; e.g. the 20" till 30".....

it is not cheap ; because of its resolution ??? but it has slower /ms respond time and lower resolution(which in some cases) OR there is other main reason that i have been oversee it.....
