Guys, I'm having some problem and I hope that one of you may have a solution for it.

I have this website that sometimes shows a Page Load Error or an OpenDNS page.

Here's a screenshot of the error.

What's the root of the problem? Who's to blame? TM? Webhost? Or is it some configuration settings?

And just for testing's sake, could you guys go to these links and see if there's any errors for any.

Ok, so I have this website - Internet Insider.

The thing is, sometimes, it's just display a Page Load Error page.

And at the same time, one friend's laptop also received the error page whereas another got the page as normal.

Who should the blame go to?
Webhost?
ISP?
Browser?

Arrhhh! Help!
