how to stop my neighbour

so one of my nearby neighbours (middle aged chinese uncle/aunty) feed stray pigeons daily ( with rice!) and the pigeons starts to nest nearby our entire neighbourhood. How can i convince them to stop doing this ? my other neighbour tried and they said... this is public area, no law against feeding pigeons!

feel really frustrated.

don't ask me to poison the pigeons la... that one sure kena tangkap polis.

Just saw the movie 1 week ago, small screen at GSC ( chee buy ) but was pleasantly surprised that the movie is over 2 hours long. they did a pretty good job at making that chapter from the manga into an action packed movie ( no chit chat, all action ) .

Bjak sucks

applied for car insurance, paid and then was informed my application failed. Ok , asked them why it failed, no reply.
Call the insurance company to help, they say only BJAK can solve this problem because they cant see the error message.

They just ask me to apply again to other companies and now the quotes is higher. ask for refund, they advise not to do so because it will incur cancellation fee. Ask them how much, they dont say.

seriously so many hidden t&c. One of the thing that i didn't like the most is after you applied and PAID for your insurance, only then they tell you that your insurance cover note is not instant and you need to upload 4 pictures of your car. another step for you to jump.
