Elantra HS VS Peugeot 308

With the recent price hike, Sime Darby making Elantra HS a very close price range to Pug308. I wonder which one is better, as i see 308 has more features while Elantra 1.6HS is kinda empty reminds me of Toyota Altis.

RAM disk freeware, any suggestions?

Im having 6GB of RAM on my computer, regardless of how intensive i use my PC i wont be able to even utilize near 75% of the RAM. Thats why im looking for a freeware RAM disk. I know there are few free RAM disk software but it is troublesome that I have to set it everytime when i booted up to my Windows, i prefer those which can autoload whenever I started up Windows. Any suggestions for this? thanks.

each of these have their pros and cons. so vote wise

iPhone5, dual core upgraded over iPhone 4(updated)
Pros:
-very good user interface
-excellent Apps ecosystem
Cons:
-might be still the same UI
-might not have dual core
-very expensive

Android Dual-Core phones
Pros:
-insanely fast
-good apps ecosystem
-techie, tweak whatever u want
Cons:
-not user friendly for girls

Win Phone 7
Pros:
-nice user interface, thats it
Cons:
-no copy paste (update soon)
-no multi task
-less app
-lacked many basic functionality

WinKia7
Pros:
-better UI than Symbian
Cons:
-many many many
-bye bye Symbian
-maybe bye bye soon for Nokia

Why Android is fragmented?

Fragmentation, this word pops up everywhere ever since ~~Jesus~~ Steve Jobs commented Android as fragmented. It has become a gospel where every u-know-who fan boys keep praying everyday with this word - fragmentation whenever there are news about Android.

It can't be blamed for those without knowledge about Android, as there are virtually no marketing campaign being done by Google itself to promote the OS for users. Therefore, fans normally believed what Jesus said.

Of course, what Steve said is a twisted fact. Why?

1)it gives choices. most popular Androids are high end ones, but there are those with lower specs to cater for lower budget users. So lower budget users should know their phones cant support Fruit Ninja or Hungry Shark. It is like Wintel platform, there are the very cheap atom and high end Core i7. It gives choices. Analogically, dont dream on playing Crysis 2 on an Atom. Are choices bad? You say.

2)There are only 3 major version of screen sizes as of now; LDPI (low res), MDPI (medium), and HDPI (high). If the apps written by certain by developer only supports in either one screen size, it is a bad program design by the developer and nothing has to do with Android itself.

3)"Android programming is a nightmare, they need to test in more than 100 types of phones!", Steve said. I say my ass Steve, i guess he should do some homework before giving that statement. The SDK is flexible that it supports 3 major screen sizes as described above. Designing a layout for 3 different screen sizes is simple if you practice good programming practice as described in the Android SDK docs. So all I need is to test in 1 phone + 2 virtual emulator (just to test the layout).

4)"Oh no, it is already 2.3 Gingerbread now and I was stucked in version 1.6 forever". Blame the phone manufacturer for not releasing updates, and perhaps yourself too. Some lower end Android phones serve the purpose of catering for lower budget users, so you might expect phone manufacturers doesnt spend much human resource in rolling out updates for older and lower end phones. Most popular phones already have at least 2.2 Froyo updates; Galaxy S, Desire, or even the HTC Wildfire. And if you're not lucky to get any official updates, fret not, there are always the community at http://forum.xda-developers.com/. The good thing about openness is the community , this is where u can get all the latest ROMs build based on the latest Android version. Look for the magic word - Cyanogenmod

5)If still insist on saying that there are phones stucked in older version of Android. Just think about whether you can run the latest iOS 4.2 on iPhone 3G . Same issue or gospel? you decide.

6)"OMG, Android apps & Android Market sux, some app can only run in some phones!". People who says this definitely have never use Android before and may have follow and listen to the Gospel of Steve. Android Developers arent willingly to support only one type of phones. They lost competitiveness and market if it is so. Therefore, minus out the games, there are hardly any apps in Android Market which only support certain types of phones only. In fact, I couldnt find any apps which only support one type of phones.

Hope this explanation is enough to explain whether the so called "fragmentation" is a bad or good thing for the Android platform. Or is it really fragmentation? or choices?

Task manager not responding

OS Win 7 64 bit, every time i open up manager, whenever there is a refresh for the memory and cpu usage, the task manager will become "Not responding" just for 1second. And if i drag the task manager around, this will happen too. see picture below. what causing it? And some times my whole screen will blink a while.

Graphic problem in AMD 6870

this problem of graphic glitches/corrupt on my Sapphire 6870 only happens to older games especially Warcraft III. But everything was smooth under newer games; those using DX10 and DX11. Stress test the graphic card using Furmark and 3Dmark 2006(since it only happens to older games) doesnt produce the same graphic glitches, I am totally lost here. I wanna RMA but some feedback says otherwise, some saying it was due to driver issue.

-Android Honeycomb
-Tegra2 maybe? didn mentioned properly but the specs mentioned did sounds like Tegra2

I looked upon the streamyx website, the new RM20 package @ 384kbps for 10hours is very confusing. so if i were to calculate daily average usage of 12hours, my bill could fetch up to RM100 per month. And another question is, what does it mean for the existing customer? those RM60 384kbps users will automatically downgraded to this package? this is worrisome, as my friend a my bro just got this package and they told me it was charged RM38 per month. i have totally no idea about how Tmnet is marketing their product.

Super TFT

What is Super TFT?

This tech is being popularized now thnx to Samsung and HTC. Samsung is the main catalyst, by scrapping the supplier to HTC of its AMOLED display and thus forcing HTC to use Super TFT from Sony.

So far, there are very little information about Super TFT other than it was more energy efficient compared to conventional TFT and it supports bigger resolution. But on the other hand, it needs brighter backlight too.

This reminds me of iphone4, is it using Super TFT as well?

I found that a notification will popep out on the top of the thread once there is a new reply submitted by forumners on the respective thread, why not make a similiar one when there are new message received. As it will be more convenient without having forumers to refresh the page everytime to check inbox.

Just when myPhone 4 was unveiled by Steve Mobs(thanks Simpsons). Motorola did a roll out on the next revision of Milestone. Coincidentally perhaps?

Apparently, it was called Motoroi in korea and this phone already been selling in korean market for quite a while Their design is similiar but not sure about the specs between XT720 vs Motoroi.
