I need some conclusion

Hi there LYN, here are the TIMELINE of the problem.

Before this im using ASUS M5A97 R2.0. after a few year, the 8 pin is burned when i was dota ing at my office (after work). the psu 8 pin + board at 8 pin is fried.

Then I replace with refurbish ASUS M5A78L LE with AVF Gaming 650Watt. After 1 dota game, and 30min of facebook + youtube, the psu was BOOM!!!, its exploded. After that, i return PSU to RMA and i have to wait for 1 month for replacement. Meanwhile i buy CM 500W from my friend, 2nd hand been use for 1 years. After 1 month the PSU die.

Then i got call from the RMA to pickup the PSU. They said the PSU cannot be fix, so they give exchange to new one, same model. I put in on my system, and play dota with Ai, i found out the FPS drop to 5 - 12 when war. Is weird for me. normally it will drop to 40-50 only when MMR, if Ai there i no FPS drop at all.

After 30min i pause the game, and do some laundry and eat. And then BOOM!! is exploded again.

So the conclusion is i do not know that is that my psu problem, or mobo problem or other part problem. Below are latest spec of my PC with age.

Here the thing, are there any software like dslr hashPrinter. But it free or cheap.

It just like, click a picture, print and boom, the image printed are include with the custom layout.

Any adobe software are exclude.

Hi there LYN and Telekom Malaysia.

As i know UniFi got a best speed and provide fiber optic for un disrupt-able connection.

We are Streamyx user even the thunder coming the DSL disconnect already.

About the price, 30Mbps plan (30Mbps Download : 10Mbps Upload) is RM179.
But streamyx 8Mbps plan (8Mbps Download : 512Kbps Upload) is RM160.

How is that fair for streamyx user, and also not all area in malaysia got UniFi, even my home do not support 4Mbps Streamyx. Im only using 2Mbps Plan at RM120.

Some of my neighborhood got 4Mbps at RM88/Month. He said he terminate the plan and renew, I also do that, but not get approve by TM Point.
I know that plan only for new user that do not have DSL line in the house.
Mostly my neighborhood are existing user.

Hi there LYN,

I right now got internship at this company but there is no expert to help my problem.

They ask me to setup a new server that provide web hosting internally only. So i use Centos 7 because i already familiar with that OS (I use Centos 6.5 at my college).

I do my best to install everything what they need is it working great on my floor (4th floor IP : 172.25.4.174) and also can communicate all PC in 4th floor.
So the setup is finish so I bring that server to Server room give new network setup
IP :172.25.180.23
Netmask : 255.255.255.0
Default gateway : 172.25.180.254

About the networking.
That building got 4 floor. Base IP is 172.25.XXX.XXX.

Server room X.X.180.XXX
1st floor X.X.1.XXX
2nd floor X.X.2.XXX
3rd floor X.X.3.XXX
4th floor X.X.4.XXX

After put in server room, i ping to 180.xxx segment it working great, and other server also can communicate to my server.

The problem is, my server can't ping to other segment.

I also do some troubleshot
- changing netmask to 255.255.0.0
- Internet working great.
- Reboot
- Restart my server network

i want to add cron script, but this process is little hard for me to do.

1. upload file from local server to hosting server (cron must do in local server)
2. truncate table from phpmyadmin
3. load data infile

all this process my be run at midnight.

Need help on WebDAV

Hi there.

i now start working at new company. He using Linux OracleDB OS.

they ask me to do task like auto upload file to hosting at the desire time.
So basically the meaning is, i use WinSCP and create a Task Scheduling, and this is only can be use on windows environment.

How about using linux environment?
I know about the task scheduling on linux but i still keep googling about the ftp like WinSCP for linux.

Laptop Driver Missing on Database Maybe

Lithium ion cell Batttery

Hey LYN..

Introduction :
So i got a lithium ion "cell". Total all 6 battery cell, then i test 1 by 1. Only 2 battery got reading in multimeter, the other 4 are not. After that, the confusion came. Hahaha.

Question :
1. Is is possible a Lithium ion cell power drain to 0?

2. If the reading is 0, it is meaning dead?

I got a old laptop call Dell Latitude D505 and the battery need replacement.

Bad news is the battery is not selling anymore.

So i need to replace the battery cell on my own risk.

After open the battery case, i see that a battery cell was melt already.

Then, when can i find and buy this battery cell?

Hi LYN. Sory for my English.

Symptom :
1. Last week i watch some move at my PC then the movie go flickering. At 1st i though is movie problem, but is not.

2. After a few minute, after watch movie, i go surf at random website, my screen was flick again then got some horizontal line at my screen then go white. Then some pop up at action center said, i got driver has stop working and has been restore. After that i update my driver.

3. Then last night, when i was playing Dota 2, the screen go like a green red blue all over my screen, then freeze.

4. Today morning that when i turn on my PC, it load until the desktop then the screen freeze in white color.

Solution :
I already change DVI port, and change another CG slot the result still the same.

Question :
So is that my CG prob or my MoBo?

MoBo : ASUS M5A97 R2.0 (Near 1 years old)
GPU : ASUS HD7850 2GD5 DCU2 TOP (Near 3 years old)

Hi all.

Last year i brought a Data Traveler 16GB form Lazada Malaysia.

Now the USB drive not working anymore, so I ask Lazada where i should sent the warranty.

Lazada said, "any Kingston Authorized seller, then you can do 1 on 1 exchange, 5 years warranty"

So I go at PC shop that sell many Kingston product, they said you should sent to Lazada back, then i said, i should sent to any authorized seller.

So, where I should sent for the warranty actually?

Touchpad Problem

Hello all..

I need help here, 1st of all, i want to say sorry for my bad english. I will use a most simple english as possible.

1. Customer wan me to format the laptop.

2. I format to Windows 8.1 (problem already found at this state.)
Problem : cursor missing in action.

3. So i use the keyboard to navigate for formatting procedure.

4. After format n OS installation done. I found out that cursor still Missing In Action.

Solution:
Install driver (not working)
Change Regedit cursor value (not Working)
Fn + F7 (keyboard freeze, cant do anything, reboot)

The only solution is using usb mouse.
Before formatting, all touchpad n driver working good.

Any 1 experience this before?

How to solve this cursor problem? It more like go to tablet mode.

My head are like to explode thinking of this. I need to decide where i should go.

I got 2 offer rite now. One is a college that make collaboration with UTM call IKIP International College (IKIP-UTM) and 1 more is UniKL.

The IKIP-UTM offer me....
1. Bachelor of Science Computer (Network System and Security) = Is a UTM Certificated
2. CCNA
3. 26 credit carry (So i jump semester 3, i just need to study 3 year there)
4. Loan = PTPTN. MARA can apply after a year.
5. I will be 1st batch of Bachelor there.
6. I already familiar at this place because i already take Diploma here (Kuantan, Pahang).

The risk of going IKIP-UTM is the management always postpone the intake time, last time they ask me to come at 7 Sept 2013, after that they postpone to 20 Jan 2014, and now they ask me to come at 4 Feb 2014. The Bachelor program is still new, and the introduce it to me and my other friend that already graduate from IKIP-UTM.

The UniKL offer me...
1. Bachelor Of Engineering Technology (Hons) In Networking System = Is a UniKL Certificated
2. CCNA and CCNP
3. Dunno how much credit I can carry. (4 years of study)
4. Loan = MARA
5. UniKL already got that Bachelor Program long time ago
6. Not familiar to start living at KL
