version of oracle is 9.0.1.3.0

im using netbean 5.5.1
the server assistant of the oracle told me that this version of oracle is the older one and cannot support the jdbc of the netbean 5.5.1 .

so im asking which version of jdbc shud i download , im confused - - .

programs minimize but cannot see it on the taskbar

it just happen that when i minimize my programs , it just minimize and gone from the taskbar , i have to use alt tab to get it out :S

plus when i close the quick launch , the taskbar seems like go under the screen , cannot be pull out or anything

scanned wif kaspersky , norton , no virus or spyware = =
