Desktop problem

I am using a AMD desktop, around 2.5 years.
In this month, my PC will suddenly HANG!!! Not during gaming.
Mid of 2011, it keeps restart due to cable problem but solved, I change the PSU and add CM processor fan dy.
I have no idea why is this happening.
Anyone can advise on this? Can I take it to lowyat and call for checking?
