can't even load windows thru safe mode?

Anybody know what is the reason and the solutions to my laptop whereby i can not load windows under the 'safe mode' of DOS.

the BIOS can only detect 1gb of RAM even physically there r 2gbs of RAM (1gb + 1gb). The additional 1gb of RAM had been added on abt onw two months ago. if i go and format the HDD can cure the issue of unable to load windows?

i habe tried to plug in the Altec Lansing IN600 (Designed for the Apple Ipod) to the Soly Vaio laptop but ended up failed. i thought it might be the cable issue but three is no problem in between Iphone and the speaker via the normal stereo cable.

Anybody can help out whether it is bcos of the setting up issue or any others?

6XRM0.315=RM1.89, divided by an exch rate at 2.3, SGD0.82, which means current call warrant value is equal to SGD(1.70+0.82) = SGD2.52. compare to existing price of Genting Singapore - SGD2.09. expensive by SGD0.41 !

checked that they have received the letter of award on the HSBB project in Kuantan...since then the transaction has been getting high until today.
