need new job

do any 1 have a job
currently im working as sales engginer at a sub company of sony,
not a bad company or a good just normal
but my director kinda stingy.
when my first inter view, he say have (basic, allowance, commision and increment)
* basic RM1800
* allowance RM1000
* phone Rm150
* commision 5%
* increment each year min RM100

now i work here 3 years,
increment only up RM100 and 3 years never even give me a cent of my commission

not i don't have sales, each year i have minimum 500k sales
recently dun know why my collage keep resign just 3month more than 50% of the employe resign
i ask them why my ex-collage say just dun like this company because no increment
after they resign i have do they are work as well.
i employ as a sales engginer now i have to do:-
* sales
* proposing
* engginer
* designing
* technical support
* technician
* resources
* reserching
* recently our admin just resign now i have to do admin as well
all this with the pay of RM1800 + RM1000 + RM130 total RM2930 T_T

i know alot of company (one leg kick) but not that much.

first 2 years i dun care abouth it but im going to married soon
so i might need more cash

really cannot stay at here, with this kind of salery

please any one can help would be nice and i appreciate alot
and will spend you a nice dinner as well
