Additional information as such.

1. Phone in good condition. Have been used with screen protector + cover. Condition ~98%
2. Liquipel treated from the start. Google up Liquipel if not sure. However, battery was changed a couple of months ago due to warping, so no guarantees on Liquipel effectiveness by now. Good news: Fresh brand new battery.
3. Will not be able to provide a cable, as the cable is also used. If needed, will bundle it in - however, won't be able provide original cable due to it being frayed over long time use.
4. Aiming to complete deal via COD or Bank Transfer.

QNAP QTS: Removed 2 HDDs from a RAID 1 volume

Would like to check with you guys, if anyone of you are using QNAP's QTS (more specifically for model TS 659 Pro).

Recently, I've removed 2 HDDs from a RAID 1 volume due to some reason.

The main question now is:

1. Can I just re-insert both Disk 5 and Disk 6 again, and the RAID 1 volume would be back to normal?
2. If not, how am I to obtain the data from either Disk 5 or Disk 6 safely so that it can be backed up and restored (It seems that it should be a Linux RAID employed by QNAP's QTS which is mdadm ver 0.9)

Any advise from your end would be much appreciated.

Subsale properties problem

Good day forumers,

I'm having a huge issue with a subsale property which I'm close to finalizing. I've bought a unit of really old house at a relatively competitive pricing, which however, unfortunately, might have suffered from termite infestation which I'm not aware of previously when I had a look at the house. My current stage is only at, downpayment of 2% to the agent for now, not yet fully finalized the loans and SPA.

Biggest concern is with in regards to the roofing (not sure how much damage has the termite caused). For me, the biggest issue is that I'm not aware of the termite issue until I had another look just yesterday or so.

From my point of view,

1. I'm appointing a pest control expert, and some contractor(s) to determine the total extent of damage and if it's minor, proceed to complete the deal
2. Determine the damage, and try to re-negotiate a more acceptable price with the owners?
3. Can I cancel the purchase and obtain the 2% back from the agent?

Thus, I'm wondering what're my options. Any advise from you guys are very much appreciated.
