Hi guys I'm looking to buy a laptop with decent specs. I'm looking into Omen right now.. but would like to know if there are any known issues with the current Omen model?

Take dell 7567 for example, the TN panel sucks.

If I buy a used laptop, will it be easy to reformat and restore to factory default?

If you were to get a replacement laptop, would you prefer a cheap and used high end laptop, or new + lower spec laptop (budget ~3-4k)?

Laptop Screen Pink Ghosting (Image Persistence)

Any idea what's the cause of my laptop screen being pink and showing ghosting images? It just happened out of nowhere, I switched on my laptop and started surfing the net for a minute or two then I noticed horizontal lines appearing on and off... then suddenly it became pink with ghosting images...

I've tried using HDMI cable to connect to TV and the TV screen is fine, which rules out broken VGA.

My laptop is Lenovo Flex 15 bought in October 2014.

Roughly how much is the replacement of screen?
