            <description>Hi all sifus,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Need opinion and suggestion for my 1st house that&lt;b&gt; under 400k&lt;/b&gt;  &lt;!--emo&amp;:respect:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/notworthy.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='notworthy.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Currently looking for area that i can afford such as &lt;b&gt;Kajang, Semenyih, Bukit Jalil, Sungai Long and etc&lt;/b&gt;.             <title>[WTA] Nissan Sentra 1.6 SG Auto 2005</title>

            <description>Hi all sifu-sifu,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Need help and opinion as i planning to buy a Nissan Sentra 1.6 SG Auto 2005 directly from the owner. Just want to know how much it worth in the current car market?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;1.&lt;/b&gt; Engine : Tested drive, no noise, still consider is smooth. Engine surface clean. Haven&amp;#39;t check the radiator and enginer oil yet.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;2.&lt;/b&gt; Gearbox : Seems OK, no weird noise when shifting up/down.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;3.&lt;/b&gt; Pick Up : Feel like lack of power, or car is heavy something  &lt;!--emo&amp;:blink:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/blink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='blink.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;4.&lt;/b&gt; Specs : Nissan Sentra 1.6 SG Auto 2005&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;5.&lt;/b&gt; Transmission : Auto&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;6. &lt;/b&gt;Suspension : 4 Absorber dead, bush seems like got problem as well.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;7.&lt;/b&gt; Tyre : Quite new, continental, but not sure is 15&amp;quot; or 14&amp;quot;. Come with Sport Rim&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;8.&lt;/b&gt; Front and Rear Lamps : Front lamps seems blur and yellowish bit, back lamps OK.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;9.&lt;/b&gt; Paint : Got some scratches, but seems just a small problem.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;10.&lt;/b&gt; Interior : Seems ok, but got scratches here and there. Like the power windows button console there.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;11.&lt;/b&gt;Process Fee : Buyer bear all the fee like change name, puspakom car inspection and etc&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So far this is the info, after test drive.             <description>hihi to every1, i currently facing a problem with my PSU (Silverstone ST56F). the voltage output is so much of difference, is it my PSU got something wrong or other part?? and it will cause damage to my other computer hardware?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;last few week my mobo struck by lightning through the LAN port. mobo is dead, i dono this will damage other part as well?
