Hi all sifus,

Need opinion and suggestion for my 1st house that under 400k

Currently looking for area that i can afford such as Kajang, Semenyih, Bukit Jalil, Sungai Long and etc. Less than 40 mins driving to KL and PJ.

Preferred condominium/apartment or single storey landed property that gated/guarded

Summary :

1) Budget : Below 400K
2) Location : Below 40 mins driving to KL and PJ such as Kajang, Semenyih, Bukit Jalil, Sungai Long and etc.
3) Property type : Condominium/Apartment or Single Storey landed. (FH/LH doesn't matter)

Hi all sifu-sifu,

Need help and opinion as i planning to buy a Nissan Sentra 1.6 SG Auto 2005 directly from the owner. Just want to know how much it worth in the current car market?

1. Engine : Tested drive, no noise, still consider is smooth. Engine surface clean. Haven't check the radiator and enginer oil yet.
2. Gearbox : Seems OK, no weird noise when shifting up/down.
3. Pick Up : Feel like lack of power, or car is heavy something
4. Specs : Nissan Sentra 1.6 SG Auto 2005
5. Transmission : Auto
6. Suspension : 4 Absorber dead, bush seems like got problem as well.
7. Tyre : Quite new, continental, but not sure is 15" or 14". Come with Sport Rim
8. Front and Rear Lamps : Front lamps seems blur and yellowish bit, back lamps OK.
9. Paint : Got some scratches, but seems just a small problem.
10. Interior : Seems ok, but got scratches here and there. Like the power windows button console there.
11.Process Fee : Buyer bear all the fee like change name, puspakom car inspection and etc

So far this is the info, after test drive. Need all sifu-sifu help to give some advise here

Hi Sifu-sifu,

Need some advise for a sound card here, actually my ass a bit itchy and want to make some improvement for my old Edifier C3 2.1 speakers.

i Currently using Mobo : Gigabyte EP45-UD3R, Realtek onboard sound card :

Realtek ALC889A codec
High Definition Audio
2/4/5.1/7.1-channel
Support for S/PDIF In/Out
Support for CD In

65% for Movie, especially for the action movie which contain a lot of boom scene.
25% for Music, MP3 320kbps song, mostly K-Pop song.
10% Game, Dota 2 and some other game like Resident Evil 5/6.

1) Asus Xonar DX
2) CREATIVE SOUND BLASTER X-FI XTREME AUDIO PCI SOUND CARD (SB0790)
2) Creative Audigy2 ZS

Don't know which one to choose But the way, is the difference will be large with these sound cards for my Edifier C3 or just slightly improve?

hihi to every1, i currently facing a problem with my PSU (Silverstone ST56F). the voltage output is so much of difference, is it my PSU got something wrong or other part?? and it will cause damage to my other computer hardware?

last few week my mobo struck by lightning through the LAN port. mobo is dead, i dono this will damage other part as well? Gopefully can get some help from u guys
