Ergonomic chair for work and study

Hi, i am looking an ergonomic chair that suitable for long hour sitting for work and study.

Usually i sit in front of computer desk more than 10 hours a day. So i am willing to invest some better chair for overall health.

Current in my list is secretlab softweave chair.

My budget is up to 1.8k. Hope everyone can share your feedback.

Is anyone have do soundproof in apartment, to block noise from upstairs neighbor?
I am annoying by their footstep sound and always move their furniture.

Is Muay Thai will affect my bulking plan?

Now i am in the stage of clean bulk to gain more 8KG of my current body weight. I have keep track my food intake calories and macro nutrient based on bulk TDEE calculation.

Usually a week i will go GYM do a weight training for 5 days and 1 day for cardio (trendmill / swim / bicycle). If i change my weekend plan to muay thai lets say Sat & Sun in a week, will it affect my bulk and muscle growing? Because i think muay thai is quite burn calories.

Car battery disconnected during replace new batter

I am driving vios year 2012. Today when foreman replace new battery unfortunately car engine sudden off.

After the battery was replace, i found car idling was low and the car is shaking or sudden off. I think this is so called ECU reset. But please correct me if i am wrong.

After drive for half an hour, car idling seem back to normal.. just the clock and radio setting is gone.

So my question is, does ECU reset will impact any other system failure or malfunction if i didnt send car back to toyota for tuning? Or is consider back to normal d after idling work fine??

I have wrist pain on both hand.

Left is TFCC while right is carpal tunnel.
TFCC injure almost 1 year. Carpal tunnel symptoms about 5 months.

Can anyone suggest Chinese acupuncture doctor to treat my wrist problem??
