Wifi Problem with my Mac Products

I realize my Macbook Pro and my Iphone4 has the same problem with the WiFi connection, it always disconnected by itself after 15 to 25mins of connection(not all the time but very frequent). sometimes it will reconnect by itself in 1Min time, but mostly I'll have to switch off my WiFi and turn it on again to get the connection back. sometimes even the WiFi icon shows connected but still it is not working, I'll have to reconnect to get it back to work.

I wonder anybody out there having the same problems? any solution to solve?
