Help neede on insurance claim....

My fren kelisa accident and after police report result no 1 wrong. Both party claim their own insurance.
My fren insure under uniasia. After 2wks my fren being inform by workshop that claim approve by insurance co.
But the problem is due to car more than 5 years allpart claim will not be original and my fren need to pay rm500+ because the repair cost more than claim....

I want to ask is that the right condition? I mean more than 5 year will be given second hand or immitation part and insurance not cover all?

Anyone heard pensonic pfs-6 water purifier? Few years ago i saw 1 almost cost rm2k but just now i saw it sale rm399.
Wish to ask any opinion or info bout this product? Since it got no membran i dont know how good it is, can buy? The water filter safe for consume? Please help.....

I bought a netbook overseas but the harddisk got problem. Its brand is western digital scorpio blue, anyone know where can i serve waranty in malaysia? Dont tell me go to their factory in pj, they wouldnt layan me. if can please provide address, tq in advance.....
