I heard that someone that finish SPM able to proceed directly to US university after taking SAT test ... Is that possible?

Suitable pre-u and twinning programme

I finish my SPM last year with 9A1,2A2. I was either aiming to further study for actuarial science overseas or twinning programme of accounting and finance.

Now my problems >.<

For further study of degree to overseas like UK and australia, which pre-u is most suitable for me to take now?

1. ICPU ... Is it recognised? Is it suitable?
2. A-level ... Will it be too long?
3. STPM??
4. University Foundation Programme (Metropolitan college)
5. International Foundation Programme .... one word - expensive>.<

So, any recommendation?

btw, anyone know the twinning rogramme of accounting and finance in metropolitan college? Does it has option of 1+2 and 2+1 or only 3+0? And metropolitan is twinned with which University? I went to the website but found nothing >.<
