Hi,

Never posted here before, but basically the situation is like this. I want to buy a car from friend, who's migrating. But I do not want to take a new bank loan to buy off the car. So i offer to pay his remaining loan amount (which is the same as the current price of car +-).

Will drafting a simple contract between the two of us legally binding, and enough to protect our interests?

It should have some details like after signing that agreement, I have rights over the car. And she cannot sell the car without my permission. and after the loan amount finish paying, the transfer of ownership will happen?

Can it be done? I looked around and couldnt find info.

I just got told must clear leaves during the xmas hol period. if not enough leave must take next year's leave. So i ask /k/, got such things happen to you before? And hor, why my company's branch in Australia allow employees to carry forward unlimited days, but in msia only 7 days max.

Hi all, I see that there is no love for Champions Online yet, it is a game by the same dev as DC Online and the City of Heroes. If you never heard of those games, well they are some of the very few superheroes-themed MMOs.

Currently this game is F2P (FREE!!!!!)

Purpose of this is to ask if anyone else is playing Champions Online?

Right now only me and my buddy playing hardcore, we need more people from same region (this game is US timezoned) so that it's easy to quest and such.

Time to live the dream and be the hero you want to be!!

You can go silver which is F2P or gold which has a monthly subscription fee of USD14.99. Worth a try as it's awesome, especially if you love superheroes and the old school marvel comic graphics.
