Acer Aspire Laptop Keyboard Problem

Hi I have an acer aspire laptop.

The keyboard is malfunctioned. One of the keys is pressed by itself and keeps creating an endless beep sound during windows startup.

Can I remove the keyboard from the motherboard? And use external keyboard instead.

Any problem if I turn on the laptop without the internal keyboard?

Is there any way that I can complain about TM customer service? I sent my enquiries to help@tm.net.my regarding streamyx login failure. They said they would help if I submit my details to them. Did that and waited for 2 weeks.. still no news from them.. resubmitted the same issue 2 days ago and still no response.. really frustrated
