Hey guys, I'm about to get the keys for my 2 bedder condo in Bangsar South.
I will need some sifus advice here, whether I should renovate for Airbnb or Long Term Lease. I was first intended to purchase it for AirBnb business. However over the years, I see there is very fierce competition in Airbnb business especially in KL and Bangsar South area.

I hope some sifus or Airbnb business owners can give more insight on the business. Perhaps can share where to get more information of the statistic on the area. I'm more concern on the occupancy rate for the business in current market. Is it still viable to proceed with my initial plan? Is it better to manage ourselves or thru Airbnb operators.

Display card /driver problem

Guys, my desktop acting weird recently. As my screen will suddenly display in many forms, ie. full grey, flashy, out of position and so on.
At one time, I noticed the notification shown the display card not working, but reconnected later. I suspected it's something to do with the display card.

For your information, i'm using AMD HD6800 series graphic card on Window 10. I uninstalled the whole driver, it seems like working properly now, without using the AMD display card. But the display resolution is unpleasant, everything looks oversize due to my monitor size is 27'. Hence, I'm quite sure is the graphic card problem, and I need the display card to have a better display position and fonts for my computer.

My question is

1. Is the hardware (display card) failure or the driver issues?
2. If hardware failure, can be fixed through repair shop, or I need to replace a new graphic card?
3. If is driver issue, any sifus can recommend a correct driver version?
4. Is there anyway of adjusting the display resolution to fit on 27 inch monitor, without the help of display card?
