            <title>Redemption Sum Interest</title>

            <description>Hello there,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Will like your input on my case, I&amp;#39;ve just bought a condo a few months back, till date, the buying process has come to the stage where the bank has start releasing the 1st batch of the money to the seller, however, there are few documents pending on the developer side such as the notice of assignment.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hence, the bank has start charging me this interest based on the sum released to the seller.             <title>Power of Attorney (POA)</title>

            <description>Hi guys,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Will like to have your opinion on this matter. &lt;!--emo&amp;:help:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/icon_question.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='icon_question.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;m currently a co-owner of a house with my bro which we bought this together few years back.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And as per agreed, both of us will commit 50-50 on the monthly instalment till lately, which he said he will like to withdraw from this commitment and have me to bear the full instalment. &lt;br /&gt;Reasons is that he is immigrating to overseas in near future.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;With the current idea I&amp;#39;ve had, I tend to pay a sum of money to take over the property by removing his name from the s&amp;amp;p if the bank allows, however this will require a big chunk of money to do so, and time consuming as well.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have heard that signing POA will be less costly as compare to the legal fees of renewing the s&amp;amp;p.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hence I would like to ask if is possible that I had my bro, as the prinicipal to sign the power of attorney and have all the rights to be transferred to me, as the attorney, including the selling of the house and receiving the money in future.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Many thanks in advance.</description>

            <title>Devil shop tenant who illegally seal water pipe</title>

            <description>Hi there,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I would like to have a professional opinion where I can take action against a neighbour who cut off the wastewater pipe for the shop apartment building.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Here&amp;#39;s the story, I stayed in a shop apartment, 1st floor in kuala lumpur for these past decade. Last Saturday during the rain hits the city, my kitchen is flooded till the point that the living room is flooded also, due to an overflow from the wastewater hole from my kitchen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To my discover with the plumber which I hired on the next day, the shop tenant underneath my house has chopped off the main wastewater pipe for the building and seal the outlet without us unaware of it. So we got into an argument to have them compensate for all the damages and repair of the pipe to its original state. However, they doesn&amp;#39;t budge and insist that they did this because of water leakage from the pipe.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Since the argument goes nowhere other than more shouting and threatening from the shop tenant which they say they will let the shop&amp;#39;s guard dog to bite us if we not leaving, I have went to sort help and call dbkl, syabas, indah water and even the polices.
