I have my designs and already approached few factories with qoutes etc. I only have few designs due to low capital and high min order quantity from factory so there will not be a brick n mortar shop as yet. Im considering to do it online via website, facebook etc.<br />But before i really spend money and venture into this, there are few grey areas that are in my mind:<br /><br />- Do i need a lawyer to draw up an agreement with the factory? If yes what kind of things that i need to include?<br />- How do i make sure the factory doesn&#39;t use my design?<br />- how do i do my market research to see if my products will be acceptable?
