New Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Came w/ Broken Seal

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 from a local distributor (registered with Samsung or not not sure), however I found out that the seal (blue and white) are broken when I received it via Postlaju.

I tried clarifying with the distributor and claimed that it is normal for phones about RMX price to have the seal broken to check condition and making sure not damage and missing accessories.

Then she also added that they open to insert the Iflix promotional leaflet too (with promo code to sign up), and claimed that ALL the Note 5 boxes in Malaysia have broken seal and asked me to verify myself.

She even forwarded my case to Samsung and forwarded their reply to me. Just wanna ask you all if you all have the same experience as me too. If you all have a picture of the seal still intact, would really appreciate it.

I just wanna know that I was being cheat on... Can't sleep at night... Paid with hard earned kuli money.
