!help! old iswara gear box prob

hi.. i hv an old iswara auto. now a days i need to heat the car for around 20mins to make the car more. it also picks up speed very slow. when it goes to 40km/h i need to push the gas more and make the car roar so it goes faster. again at 60km/h same prob. also when i go up hill it seems like its going down back after i've stopped for a while.
do u guys think its a gear box prob.. do u think i need to change it. or is it the gear oil. how much its is to change and do u guys know anywhere in kl that is near to bukit jalil tht would be a good place for me tofix my cars.. i hate getting cheated when i fix my car. thank u so much!!
