Ipad 3rd Generation - Owner Search

I'm helping my friend to search for the owner of Apple iPad (3rd Generation) WiFi+4G found on express bus. The iPad already restored and there's no way to contact the owner.

What I already do,

1. Call Apple Support
- They can't give owner information, ask me to report to the police.

2. Call Apple Service Center, Switch
- Can't give owner information, the way they advice me like i'm doing something wrong (like steal it?) because of the restored device.

3. Report to police
- They told me to just keep it and search the owner using social media. They will just keep the device in their store if i report it.

So i'm out of option now on how to settle this. I don't want to keep this thing with me and i can't give this to someone else because my record of having this item already in apple system. Can anyone advise me?

If i know this is so hard, i'll not help my friend to find the owner.

I'm trying to use #Hotlink EC/EM to subscribe spotify premium for RM9.99/mth using my old account. Before this I'm using spotify premium with Maxis One 158.

My current #hotlink got RM25 credit balance without subscribing to any Internet plan. I already try to subscribe and successfully got the spotify premium but my credit balance didn't change at all.

My question are, when will it deduct the rm9.99 from my credit balance, and is this auto renew?
