My dell vostro 1200 laptop battery will not charge.

THe only way to get it to charge is to turn on the laptop with adapter plugged in and then install the battery when the laptop IS STILL RUNNING. (Hot install lah)

SO damn strange, is battery dying or other problem?

KNNCCCCCB CNN ABC, aku rageeeeeeed teramat maksima hari ini.

I was overtaking an ah beng's big exhaust and illegally tinted window kelisa today because he is driving too slow and I'm late for my appointment, but I did it along a long stretch of dotted lines and with proper signalling, nobody was troubled by my lawful and tidy overtaking.

Someone in office is downloading a lot from file sharing website and youtube.

Is there a software or cheap/easy method to find out which IP is visiting what website?

My office LAN is very simple, no gateway server or bridge, just a bunch of PC connected to the router (the gateway) and the DNS server (windows 2003 server)

Can I install the software on the DNS server and monitor the client? (without installing anything on the client itself)

My office network got this jerko that downloads porn 24/7, he even leaves his computer on throughout the night to finish his porn download, his uses download manager to rampas all the bandwidth, leaving the rest of us with none. I want to download a few mails and PDFs also have to wait forever.

Office got one small windows server 2003 PC but he is not listed in the domain user because he is using a local user account to login.

Our useless ancient D-link 2640T router also dont have any bandwidth limiting features to use.

Is there a way to limit his download without buying a new expensive router?

Like some cheap software that I could use? I cannot install it on his computer so the software must be able to do this remotely.

His computer is joined to the domain but his user account is local, not domain.

We also dont have DHCP on our server, the DHCP is assigned by the router itself but the porn addict's PC is using a STATIC IP that he cannot change. (fortunately).

I dont want to remove his connection, just slow him down a bit.
