Unifi Turbo Capping Download Speed

Hello guys,

Just want to share my experience here with Unifi Turbo 800 mbpps.

I just got turbo-ed few days ago and i experiencing capped download speed especially from international server or link.

All maximum 300 mbps. I cant reach any speed higher than 300 mbps. Speed almost consistent from all sites except from TM Speedtest site.

I'm using wired ethernet cable 1 gbps cat 6.

However, all download possibly from international link all got maximum 300 mbps

Last time when I'm using Time Fibre 500 Mbps i able to achieve full speed. With Unifi, it seemed the download speed capped for now.

I already made report with TM, they will send technician this week, we will see how this speed download capped saga goes.

I appreciated any feedback from Unifi turbo users especially from 800 mbps plan.

Update as 5 December 2018 :

1. 2 users 800 mbps gave feedback, both got full speed download with the same link.
2. TM technician came to my house, also dont know and can’t explain why my download speed capped.
3. TM called me and they will send someone again this week to check and test my equipment.

Any users from 800 mbps that want to test download using the same link, can PM me.
