Air bag deployed prematurely due to clock spring (the wiring in behind the steering wheel) wires delaminated from tape. Really cheapo looking contraption the clock spring. Caused short and air bag deployed. Good thing car was in parking lot when it happened.<br /> <br />The car can&#39;t be re-started.
