I received info from my agents that there is going to have one property soon to be launched in few months time selling at around RM360k for 3 rooms in Cyberjaya. Not much detailed information being revealed, anyone got any idea from which developer?

Considering 900 sqft with 3 rooms, it means around 400psf, is it affordable or BBB?

What are the factors we need to consider when we invest property in cyberjaya?

I came across that some of the buyers buy two properties at the same time during purchasing of their second property in order to maximize their number of properties at 90% loan, where they submit the two properties loan application to different banks and managed to get approval for both banks although they are not fit for two properties loan. In that case they are now entitled for 3 properties with 90% loan.

What is the pro and cons ?

Dear all the sifu

I just got a housing loan for my new launched property which is expected to be finished at 2016. So means that starting from 2016 only I would start the commitment for the housing loan. While the mean time, i would like to take a personal loan and wish to clear this loan by 2016.

So would the installment amount of my housing loan consider as part of my commitment during my personal loan processing from now to 2016?

Shell : High Pay (up to 6.5k per month) for fresh graduate

Petronas : Low pay (4k) as compared with Shell, but being interned in Petronas before, hence the ppl at there already know bout you and the job scope offer to you is the one that you wish to do.

btw, i am chemical engineering fresh graduate, any advice ?
