For residential property we are slightly losing our competitiveness compare to last year. We are offering max up to BLR -2.40% and if you are looking for interest rate better than this you can forget about HLB. Loan margin wise we are offer up to 89-90%. You are welcome to take MRTA( optional) and finance it into the loan. For legal fees and valuation fee it's getting harder to finance into the loan this year, if you can pay this 2 fees by cash, HLB is definitely one of your best choice to look into.

To highlight you, HLB has done a major improvement in our Refinance field. The refinance margin has increased from 80% to 88%. Besides that, we also do quite a big changes in our values checking team and system and this greatly improve our sucks value checking in the past. I'm encourage you to look into HLB if you ever thinking of refinance your property this year.
