Too Many Requests

Recently, there is issue logging into personal hotmail/outlook/skype with the error:

"TOO MANY REQUESTS"

It just happened at random day/time and if it happens, that browser would not able to log you in. Well it will be fine at random day/time.
Changing different browser might help, sometimes.
Rebooting modem/router, might help too.
Rebooting PC/laptop, might help too.

How to resolve this please?

Searching from Microsoft forums, don't really helps.

The current sales tax (SST) exemption for locally-assembled (CKD) passenger cars will expire by 30-June 2022. To qualify, cars must be registered before 30-June 2022. Beyond that, the 10 percent SST will apply.

It’s the same for Imported (CBU) passenger cars, which although don't enjoy full exemption, are now paying a lower 5 percent SST.

The Malaysia Automotive Association (MAA) is appealing to the government for an extension but it’s unlikely that it will be granted seeing that the government has already extended the SST cut three times prior.

While most car companies are seeing healthy order banks, few have enough cars to fulfill these orders before the cutoff date of 30-June 2022 – a direct result of the ongoing global shortage of automotive electronic parts.

The MAA has confirmed today that there will be a one month grace period for car dealers to register the new cars. This is a continuation of the practice that has already been put in place in the earlier rounds of SST cut.

However, the grace period will only apply to cars that are manufactured on June 2022 or earlier.

“It will be the same formula. It will be one month after the end of the incentive. If you deliver it by then, you can still get the incentive,” confirmed MAA President Datuk Aishah Ahmad.

TNB Fuse

any possible reason that the fuse will be malfunctioned?
when i mentioned malfunction, means the smart meter digital reading also no display..
so the quick solution was to replace the fuse, then it works again..

could be overloaded? why say so, coz what i noticed was, i was using below at same time:
- dryer
- vacuuming floor/dust
- ac 2.5hp
- ac 1.0hp x2unit
- other basic devices no need to mention: tv, fridge, fan, etcs..

and out of sudden tnb meter no display.. neighbors were fine

Covid vaccination for kid

Tldr.. so got sms today about kid vaccination.. so went to mysej to check dependant vaccination.. indeed something to proceed there.. but when come to choosing ppv it is not really user friendly.. it requires you to enter ppv name or postcode to search.. try look into gov website it isn’t accurate (ppv not listed in mysej)..
Anyone has clue what are the ppv that can be searched?

TNB Fuse

last week incident.. out of sudden home no electricity.. thought it was tnb maintenance at the taman..
then found out all jiran got power.. only my unit..
jiran (a wireman) said likely is fuse problem.. so 'pinjam' from other vacant unit.. then electricity resumed..
no burnt smell.. no melt sign..

1) any reason the fuse can be faulty? been staying this landed unit for 6years since VP
2) was using vacuum and dryer.. overload?
