Corporations in Malaysia

Hello all!

Readers of Rich Dad Poor Dad will know there is a lot of talk about corporations in the book.

However, in Malaysia - what are the corporations here called? Is it Sendirian Berhad?

What is the criteria in Malaysia to start up a corporation?

For the business to qualify as a corporation?

How and where would someone register a corporation?

Also, supposing that I have a team of people each playing different roles looking to set up a business, a film production house for example - what would our business be registered as? A corporation? And what would the core team players be called? Partners? Directors?

If Sharon Lecter is Robert Kiyosaki's company CEO, then what is Robert?
