Plastic Surgery in KL ?

Hey guys,
so I really want to enhance my nose, basically I'm planning to do rhinoplasty.
I've consult a place in mid valley, and was really confident to do it until I found a 2008 forum thread about numerous bad experiences of that place.
So do you guys know any reputable place around KL,
and mind sharing some experiences if you have done plastic surgery before?

Company benefits for foreigners

Hi I'm a foreigner here and I got an offer to work in this established medium company for a junior executive position.
But after talking to the HR director, he told me that I won't be getting any benefits (medical, etc) since I don't pay taxes here.
I know that EPF is optional for foreigners, depends on the company, but I'm not so sure about benefits, and google doesn't seem to help.

Please do enlighten me about this. Thank you so much

Dell xps 15 or 15z

Hi, Im looking to buy a new laptop. My budget is around 3800, and Im a bit confused of whether I should get the Dell xps 15 (the 2nd generation) or 15z (though I kinda prefer 15z more cause of the design). I have a few questions regarding both.

1. with my budget, I'd get either xps 15z with i5 2.30 Ghz or xps 15 with i7 2.0 Ghz. is it such a huge different between both processors?
2. xps 15 provides 2gb VGA card while 15z only 1gb. does it make such a huge difference for gaming?
3. in terms of design, have anyone ever compared both laptops? does xps 15 really that "bulky" and heavy?

Looking for a fine restaurant around KL

So my birthday is coming, and im planning to treat my bf to a fine dining restaurant around KL. im a foreigner here, so i don't really know what's "inside" malaysia. my bf suggests me this restaurant called WIP, i tried to google it but couldn't find any pic of the restaurant (only reviews on food, etc). so im hoping for you guys to give any recommendations. the place that im looking for is mostly;

- classy with good atmosphere (not something like TGIF or italliannies)
- so i've bought my bday dress, it has a really low neck line, so this place has to kinda suit my dress (in a term that i can't possibly go to mamak in a "revealing" dress)
- not too expensive on the price, perhaps around RM10-50/course is ok
- and whether the place requires a reservation or not?

so far that's all. please give me your recommendations and if you happen to have went to that WIP restaurant, please let me know as well how it is. thanks!

Need help on my employment law assignment

Im having a discussion paper assignment about fixed-term contracts, and I just wanna know, whether fixed-term contracts are contracts of service or contracts for services? as a review:

contracts for service = employees
contracts for services = individual contractors

my view is individual contractors are part of fixed-term contracts because they are assigned until a specific period or until the job is finished. what makes me confuse is, most employees employment contracts are continuous in nature. however i found an article saying "unless a fixed-term is defined". so are employees can also be part of fixed-term contracts (when the fixed-term is defined)?

Im using maxis prepaid now, and Im gonna buy the BB separately (from a store). my question is, which is the best, money value BIS? celcom, maxis or digi? and can you give me details about the costing, because their websites don't really cover all details. thanks a lot

Hi...Im really interested with blackberry but what I don't like is the qwerty keypad design on it. So Im thinking about getting the storm 2 (since it's touchscreen). But I heard from many ppl (friends n even my own bf) that storm 1 (9500) is really not good. I read reviews about storm on the internet too n I found many bad reviews. So my question is, does storm 2 is as bad as storm 1? I couldn't really find a useful review about it on the net. If you happen to use or know anything about storm 2, please share your experience

Another question is, Im also considering iPhone 3GS. but it's a bit pricey, so I need to save a lot (Im a college student btw). I know that iPhone store is loaded with apps unlike BB, but in terms of its function, which one is better, iPhone 3GS or BB storm 2? Please share your opinion/knowledge about both phone, and please don't give a bias comment like "choose iPhone!! iPhone FTW" or something, I really need an objective comparison of both. any help appreciated. thanks
