I just got a summon from polis diraja due to illegal parking at roadside. Then i ask my cousin to help to pay for it because i got class daily & no time to pay since they only operate from 9am to 5pm Mon to Fri (Sat, Sun close, what a lazy people)

& then, my cousin go pay for it, rayu for me & they discount the summon from RM150 to RM110. And my cousin request the receipts from them as a proof, but they claimed that the receipts will only ready after 2 weeks time & the amount show on receipts will be RM60~RM70 & not the amount that i paid. My cousin asked them for the reason & they claimed that because that is their procedures.

May i know is it all summon receipts also will be like that? The amount shown will be lesser than the amount that you had paid? My cousin & i really feel like get cheated, feel like maybe the balance they took to drink coffee already.

Hi guys, sorry if open a wrong thread. i facing a problem here.

Recently my dog like to run out from home to play with those stray dogs outside, & dont want to come back for few hours until she enough playing.

& all of them run very fast, i cant chase her back once she get out from home. & as i said in earlier, some of my neighbour here are 'specialist' of complaining, so once saw dogs run on road, they will just complaint & complaint. just like last time i left the stray dog gave birth in my home, & get people complaint to MPSJ to saman us.

so now after gave out all the puppies, i keep the mother. when she was just came to my house, once i scold her, she will not dare to step out from home, & will follow what i said. but now, just useless to scold her. she will just run out to find her friends once my house gate open (when my dad or mum wanna drive out)

everyday i will bring her to take a walk twice a day, but seem like still not enough for her. should i just tied her & not to let her out?

she must jump over a ditch with a railing to a grass area(like a small forest got lots of tree etc) to pee & poo, just like dont want to let other people to see her do business, & that area i am just impossible to get over due to the railings, so i must loose her to jump over there to pee & poo, & once her finish her things, she will just run away to find her friend & i am not able to chase her back.

can anyone just tell me how to train her not to running away? cause really lots of complaint specialist here. a little bit thing will complain, although my dog dint bark or chase them, dint pee & poo in front their houses, once they see dog will just complaint, even ask us to control that few of stray dogs, although that few dogs not ours, but because of them stay with my dog, my neighbour will ask us control for them also.

how should i train my dog? really need help here. & i am not good in english, so if my english is hard to understand, really very very sorry about that.
