Curtain length and curtain cornice

I've been wondering how high curtains should be... The guideline I've read somewhere is around 3 inches above window but there is also suggestion to put it at ceiling height despite the height of the window. Any suggestion here?

How bout window cornice? I'm thinking to add it to cover the ugly railing. How high should it be? Will it looks strange of the player ceiling is already a l-box?

Hi, I'm currently looking for a family car with good fc esp for long distance. After some survey, the ford focus seems like quite a good buy. Sport + is charming but with small children travelling together, boots space is rather important. Is this car a good buy comparing with other cars in this segment? Rv aside, is the after sales service and performance worth the price?

aren't they suppose to update the PSI reading at emergency states (Muar & Ledang) every hour? or at least update through media??? ok.. my expectation may be too high... they can't even update the daily 7am, 11am and 5pm readings on time... now is already 12.30pm and i still unable to access to their website and see any readings.... how inefficient they are. damn it.
