How to install standard software

I just buy new HP iPAQ 212 Enterprise Handheld.... inside only got window mobile OS and some basic software.
i wan to install :
1) Java
2) music player and also movie player (that can play .AVI .WMV).
3) Chinese langue coded so that i can read chinese word.

any taiko outside there can give me a hand? i google already but some software need money de
