Advice needed - Replay Final Fantasy IX

First of all, Happy New Year to all the gamers out there

Out of sudden, I've decided to replay Final Fantasy IX one of my favourites during childhood. But once I completed Disc 1, my PSone not able to read Disc 2, it keeps prompting the Red screen with message to insert Playstation format disc.

Has anyone encounter this issue before? Is there any way to bypass Disc 2 cuz my Disc 3 got no issue? Or does anyone know where can I buy Final Fantasy IX PS1 games in KL in this era I'm wondering?

How to effectively clean bird's poop on car?

Hi all,

The place where I park my car is full of birds & the bird's poop is so difficult to remove from my car paint. Some even leave marks on my car surface.
Has anybody facing similar issues? How can I clean/remove the stain effectively? Any spray or cleaning tool to be recommend?
Is there any suggestion to keep the birds away from my car without hurting them?

I wish somebody can share their experiences and opinion on buying a new car whether from the authorised dealer or Mudah.my ?
I realised the Price for the NEW car quote in Mudah.my is way cheaper than the normal authorised dealer plus they can offer a lots of free gifts..but, I dun understand the reason behind why they can afford to offer lower price..I'm afraid that there will be something fishy with those salesperson on Mudah.my

Can anyone share me some experiences buying NEW car from Mudah.my? Is it reliable?

My boss dun appreciate me

Hi all, I have a dillemma lately. appreciate if u guys can give me some opinion.

As per the subject, I realised that my manager does not reli appreciate my effort. My current job role is not reli what I like but, I have a good and intelligent boss whereby I can learn tons of things from her. I know is not easy to get a good boss whereby my previous boss has nothing to learn about.

I reli respect my boss and i put 100% of effort in performing my work..even my boss is a cool person, but she did compliment me in the meeting and personally talk to me for few times. Which makes me feel worth to die-die work for her. I always volunteer to stay back & come to work on weekend even without OT.But, sometimes it's reli hectic.

What happen is, I have 2 colleagues resigned within the same month. It reli frightened me cuz I know my boss is gonna add in more workload to me. Coincidently, at this time my previous boss is going to form a new team and she offered me to be TL for her new team in my previous company.

I reli reli hesitate in making the decision cuz I personally wan to stay longer with my current boss but, at the same time I felt like my boss is taking me for granted for assigning me a lots of difficult tasks which no one else in my team wanna do. What i dislike the most is, she assigned me ad-hoc thingy, the committee role to run some sompany events. Plus, the opportunity given by my previous boss is oso worth considering since it's a higher level & paid compare to my current job.

In order to aid & clear my hesitation, I have decided to talk to my boss that I'm getting a new job offer. The reason why I want to let her know beforehand because I reli respect her and I dun wan to make wrong decision by only informing her when I tendering my resignation letter..i know that will be too late..
But, her response is very calm and she just said "I won't stop you for leaving if there is a better oppoturnity for u and in fact, u dun have to tell me that." She asked me after made final decision whether to stay or leave then only inform her.

I'm so surprise and dissapointed during that time, she dun even say a single word of retaining me. considering all my efforts, am I not worth to retain? i keep questioning my self over & over again..
somemore, my other 2 colleagues are oso leaving so, we r gonna be shorthanded but still, she didn't even try to retain me. I duno what's her intention & thinking. Is she reli tot of my good sake and to ask me to grab a better opporturnity or simply she dun care of my existence in her team?

Can u guys advise me on this?

Opt 1. Stay in my current role (i like my team & boss, but dun like the job role)
Opt 2. Accept the new offer (the offer seems ok, but in terms of job role and personnel is unknown)
